We
would meet for an initial session to discuss what’s
brought you to seek help at this time and what you hope
to gain from therapy. This gives us both the opportunity
to decide whether we can work together. We may conclude
that you need some other form of help.
If you decide to proceed with therapy, we would jointly assess progress
periodically and decide whether further sessions are required. Our work
can be for a limited period or open-ended, depending on
your needs.
Sessions last for one hour, usually
on the same day and at the same time each week. |
